360 Fest brings circular fun to National Museum of Flight
High energy stunts, cycling, science and hands-on fun will be part of an exciting line-up of entertainment at the National Museum of Flight at East Fortune next Saturday 29 August when the attraction hosts its 360 Fest event.
Celebrating all things circular and sustainable, 360 Fest features displays of daring jumps, flips and bike parkour from The Extreme Mountain Bike Show plus the chance to cycle around a specially-made bike pump track and to try out e-bikes and cargo bikes.
The event also includes a mini science show where visitors can see sphere-themed experiments, enjoy interactive games and learn about the science behind them.
There will be performances by the Saltire Steel band and the chance to hear about the history of steel drums and how they are made. Families can also enjoy zorbing, circus skills, outdoor games and displays of giant bubble-making. The Museum’s aircraft hangars will host indoor activities including crafts, puzzles and a paper glider challenge.
All of the other attractions at the National Museum of Flight will be available to enjoy including Scotland’s Concorde and the iconic Supermarine Spitfire and Red Arrows Hawk aircraft. Other highlights include the family-friendly Fantastic Flight gallery that explores the science of flight through exciting interactive exhibits.

360 Fest runs from 10am-5pm on Saturday 29 August.
